Was good

Was nice clean and quiet. Bed was a little lumpy and the breakfast could do with a up lift for westerners other than that it was a good stay for the money.

Good service but old and smelly room

I like the service , staff was nice and alot helpful. Appreciate for all the help.

I didnt like the bad smell on the walk way and in room. Saw one cockroach on the table at first when i step in the room.

Friendly, attentive staff.

Friendly, attentive staff. Large rooms.

Could do with a little updating, some rooms didn’t have shower curtains and some had very old TVs (we stayed in 4 rooms in total due to travelling).

This hotel look very good from picture but the actual room...

This hotel look very good from picture but the actual room not well maintenance. I can hear the door sound of other rooms, the refrigerator noise and air con noise all night. The curtain is not dark.

Room layout was not good. The room will always be darker and less airy if the window and restroom/shower on the window side. It is shown as a 4 star property but actually it is a 3 star property.

Was very convenient to where we had to be

I didn’t like the bathroom. NO shower curtains so the whole bathroom was wet. Hard to adjust hot and cold on the shower. The room could be brighter. The lights were very weak.

The bed was not comfortable - the double mattress was cheap and old and was sitting on two single bed bases which made a noticeable hump int the middle of the bed! The aircon was not adjustable - controls didnt work

Inexpensive and handy if you need Bearing district.

Everything was good as usual. Only 5 minutes walk (or less) to Kingdom Hall. Only 2 things slightly marred my stay this time. Firstly I asked the receptionist if they had a massage service. She didn't understand the word 'massage'. In Thailand, unbelievable. Even when I gestured massage movements, she didn't know. Amazing. Then when I got to my room there was no bathtub. I thought every room had a bathtub which is why I stay there. I have back muscle issues and a hot bath guarantees me a good night's sleep. Bathtub and back massage even better. But neither were available.

Train station close to the hotel. Personnell with good skill and very kind. Wifi with high speed. Good breakfast.

The money safer was out of service. The outdoor hotel signs were not lighted properly. It was hard by car to see the location of the hotel.

Room is spacious though

Though the lobby looks nice and comfortable, BUT fact is the facilities in the room has wore out and dirty. Stings can be seen on the quilt and the bed sheet. The tub is so dirty that you wouldn't really want to go inside taking shower, hot water supply from the shower is unstable... definitely would not come back next time.

The environment is nice and ambient. The cafe food Is decent but ok well not to bad , but very simple home cook food.

The location is nice, pretty close to BTS Bearing Station and there is 7-Eleven near by.

Facilities are not in good condition, especially that noisy air conditioner.

Rooms are larger than most hotels & the staff are very friendly and helpful. Relatively close to BiTec conference center.

In the evenings internet was slow, maybe because most guests are back at the hotel.
